Products and services
We offer free resources, digital products (such as playbooks, workbooks and template packs), programs and advisory services. Descriptions and prices are shown on each page. Advisory engagements are by application, and we may decline any application at our discretion. Specific advisory engagements may be covered by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Payments
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms when you pay. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
Digital products and refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, so all sales are final and non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. If a download or link does not work, email connect@alyssadeltorre.com and we will fix it promptly.
License to use our materials
When you buy or download a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publish or sublicense the materials, including template links, or present them as your own product. All content on the site, including text, designs, graphics and frameworks, belongs to Alyssa DelTorre LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
No guarantee of results
Our resources, programs and advisory are educational and strategic. Results depend on your business, market and execution, and we do not guarantee any specific income, revenue or outcome. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, financial or medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for those matters.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorization, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party services
The site links to or uses third-party services such as Stripe, Google Calendar, Google Meet and Canva. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Alyssa DelTorre LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim. The site and materials are provided "as is".
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
