Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, business details and anything you write in a form, application, intake or booking.
• Purchase information: what you bought, the amount and the order reference. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.
• Usage information: pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools such as analytics.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for, such as a free workbook, a purchased product or access to a program.
• To review applications, schedule calls and provide advisory services.
• To send emails related to your request or purchase, and occasional updates and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To prevent fraud, keep records and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms. These include payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, scheduling and video calls (Google Calendar and Google Meet), website hosting and databases, analytics and form tools. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to provide access to products you bought and to meet tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Site measurement

On alyssadeltorre.com and alyssadeltorrevip.com we run our own first-party measurement, not third-party ad trackers. Your browser gets a random visitor ID (stored in a first-party cookie and local storage) and we record pages viewed, which buttons and links are clicked (their label and destination only), how a visit started (referring site and campaign tags), the number of sessions, and active time measured only while the page is visible and in use.

• We do not record what you type into forms, URL tokens or query strings, and we do not fingerprint your device.
• Admin, account, login, payment-return, access-link and email-preference pages are never measured.
• If you submit a form, your visit history may be linked to the details you submitted so we can follow up relevantly.
• We honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically. Visitor records are kept for up to 24 months.

Email lists

The main list (connect@alyssadeltorre.com) and the VIP list (alyssa@alyssadeltorrevip.com) are separate. Every marketing email has its own unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from one list does not affect the other. Transactional messages such as receipts are still sent.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email connect@alyssadeltorre.com. We will respond within the time the law requires.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
