By accessing or using Founder Intelligence OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Founder Intelligence OS is a business operating system designed for founders and entrepreneurs. The Service provides task prioritization, AI-powered insights, business workflow management, and strategic planning tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Subscription and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, billing and refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, unauthorized data scraping, distributing malware, or using the Service for illegal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Alyssa DelTorre and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your own data and content submitted to the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
